A key differentiator is that Annuity Systems provides vendors with channel control and is not just focused around annuity related business. The iAsset SaaS solution has been designed as a portal, providing access to all entities within the IT Channel. Vendor, Distributor, Reseller and End User are all able to access their relevant data and work with actionable items to improve overall business performance.
The solution can be tailored at each level, providing granular access to aales, while giving management summary information to quickly pinpoint areas that require action. Furthermore, the solution establishes accountability for information and action, again providing points for escalation and identifying performance issues.
Product Lifecycle Management
Additional services such as the End of Life campaign module also add additional value to the vendor. The vendor has the ability to upload external data to make use of the notification and EOL tracking modules. This provides a fast and effective way to manage the trading up of EOL devices and solutions, while being able to report on success rates and manage accordingly.
Channel Compliance, another of the core vendor modules, provides vendors with an easy means to track channel partner compliance. The ability to track certification on sales and engineer staff, demonstration equipment and current contract status allows us to identify and notify channel partners that currently do not comply with a vendors partner policy. Partners and vendors can be notified when the partner falls out of compliance and the necessary steps can be taken to become compliant.
